PC Support
Standard On-site within 8 business hours - $80/hour, 1 hour min, billed per half hour, $20 travel fee (outside Franklin County only)

In-Shop Service - $65/hour, 1 hour min, billed per half hour

Remote Assisted PC Support - $45 for the first half hour, then $30 per half hour after.

Includes Windows Operating System
(2000/XP/Vista), Application software, hardware, printing etc., support and trouble-shooting for standalone systems and networked workstations. Does not include connectivity, permission, or sharing issues on networked workstations or Server support (see Networking Support below.)

Server/Networking Support
On-site within 8 business hours - $105/hour, 1 hour min, billed per half hour, $20 travel fee (outside Franklin County only)

Remote Assisted Server Support - $55 for the first half hour, then $40 per half hour after.

Includes connectivity, permission, or sharing issues on networked workstations, support and troubleshooting for Windows NT/20XX Servers and network components (hubs, routers, switches, cables, etc.)

Non-Standard Hours
1.5 times standard rates

Emergency Calls (onsite in 4 hours or less required)
$50 additional charge

PC Geeks will attempt to schedule prompt service and will often be able to respond in less than our standard 8 business hours. If we can respond in less than 4 hours, when it is not required, it will not be considered an Emergency Call. We may ask that if workloads temporarily stretch our resources and if your problem is not preventing you from getting business done that we would schedule you beyond the 8 business hour window. If that is not possible, we will honor the 8 business hour commitment.

The Remote Assisted PC/Server Support is available 2 ways. If a technician is available, they will be more than happy to assist you immediately. A scheduled appointment can also be set for a time when both the customer and technician are available.

Calls to our cell phones will be considered emergency calls and they will be billed as such. If your call is not an emergency please use our regular phone number (614-759-1649). Our 8 business hour commitment will start when your call is received (including voice mails left in our mailbox which are time stamped.)
